Tegan & Sara Foundation: Social Campaign

We worked with Tegan & Sara Foundation on multiple social media campaigns to support their mission of improving lives of LGBTQ+ women and girls through fundraising, queer health access, and amplifying grassroots activists and organizations.

Purpose

The Tegan and Sara Foundation’s mission is to improve the lives of LGBTQ+ women and girls. This mission is founded on a commitment to feminism and racial, social and gender justice. The Foundation raises awareness and funds, fights for equality and justice through their flagship programming and support of grassroots organizations, activists and communities that often go unrecognized by major funding institutions.

The campaigns we created include the launch of their LGBTQ+ Healthcare Survey, Community Grants, U.S. and Canadian LGBTQ+ summer camps, and Tegan and Sara Foundation’s inaugural zine. We developed a color palette and visual style (texture, fonts, and photo styles) tailored to each campaign and solidified Tegan and Sara Foundation's overall social branding.

Impact

Tegan and Sara Foundation's follower base has grown by 6k+ followers in less than 8 months since we implemented the new designs. Their audience responded to the unique animations and illustrations added to Tegan and Sara Foundation's new visual branding, and the various campaign launches (LGBTQ+ Healthcare Survey, #InOurImage, and more).
